The copyright in the contents of all the pages of this website are owned by JLF or individual photographers where credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded displayed, posted or transmitted in any form without the written permission of JLF or the credited photographers.
The information contained in this website is for guidance and information purposes only and maybe subject to alteration. JLF does not guarantee its accuracy nor guarantee that the information contained therein will be kept up to date and JLF will accept no liability for failure to keep it up to date and JLF reserves the right to alter/amend the information at any time.
Online shop/deliveries
To make a purchase please browse our shop online, add any bouquet or gift and follow the prompts. We accept all major debit and credit cards. If you are shopping outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds.
You can also send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling 07771 508079. If you have an urgent order please call and we will do our best to help.
If you require specific flowers or a timed delivery please call to order, allowing 24- 48 hours notice.
Dispatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.
All products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to you or your agent/the recipient
Every effort will be made to deliver the order on the specified day but orders will be delivered ONCE, should the recipient be away at the time of delivery a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, or stating where the delivery has been left, either in a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions however JLF cannot be held responsible for any damage/theft of the product under these circumstances. No second delivery will be attempted without an additional delivery charge. Alternatively, the delivery will be returned to JLF for further instructions or to be collected from the studio. Please ensure your contact number and the recipient’s contact numbers are correct. JLF will not issue a refund to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason will not accept the item or has refused delivery or the delivery address is incorrect.
No timed deliveries other than wedding and funeral deliveries, unless specifically arranged. If you supply the correct mobile number we will do our best to arrange a delivery time that is mutually convenient.
All JLF products/flowers are provided subject to availability. Because flowers and plant material are natural products colours may differ from those shown or products may be unavailable from those shown on the website but we will always make every effort to source products that are offered for sale on the Webshop, however, JLF reserves the right to substitute products, flowers, containers or packaging with alternative products when necessary but will always ensure that substitutions will be of the same value and quality and of a similar style.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and JLF will take place on the dispatch and attempted delivery of the products.
Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee.
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a problem with the arrangement/goods please contact Jane Lawrence
Flowers within 24 hours of receipt of the arrangement/goods via the contact form on the website. We endeavor to supply the best quality flowers, plants and products together with excellent customer service.
Please bear in mind that flowers and plants are perishable. Proper care is required as per the instructions attached to the delivery and it is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Jane Lawrence Flowers. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management and in the case of a complaint we always endeavor to reach an agreement with the recipient, but no refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify Jane Lawrence Flowers within 24 hours of the original delivery date via email contact form outlining the problem.

JLF takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your privacy. We follow the procedures set out in this policy when using your information.

We will use the information we collect about you lawfully and to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. If you use the Services or if you contact us with an enquiry we will collect personal information such as your name, contact details, phone number, e-mail address and address and only use them to respond to your enquiry.

We may also share it with third parties such as banking / merchant services and third party suppliers where necessary to provide services to you. We occasionally use third party suppliers to provide some of our products and your order contact details (but not your credit / debit card or financial details) shall be passed to those relevant third party suppliers for the purpose of delivery of your order.
